Your score

See your mark out of 20, and learn how MedLibro counts it.

MedLibro gives each session a mark out of 20, from your answers. This page shows where to read it and how MedLibro counts it.

See your score

  • On a computer, select the Score tab beside the question. The score changes as you answer.
  • On a phone, select the trophy button in the top bar.

Explore has no score.

Read your score

Under the mark, a table shows Correct, Incorrect and Skipped. Each row shows the number of questions, and their share of all the questions of the session.

How MedLibro counts the mark

Each question has the same value: 20 divided by the number of questions in the session. In a session of 40 questions, each question gives 0.5 points.

  • A question of a clinical case counts as one question.
  • A skipped question gives 0 points.
  • A question with no answer yet gives 0 points, so your mark rises as you answer.
  • A locked question counts too, and gives 0 points. See A session with a lock.

Choose a scoring rule

Two buttons at the top of the score change how MedLibro counts an incomplete answer.

  • All or nothing: a question gives its points only if your answer is fully right.
  • Partial credit: an answer with only right options gives a share of the points, for each right option that you ticked.

For example, a question has four right options. You tick three of them, and no wrong option. Partial credit gives you three quarters of the question’s points, and All or nothing gives you 0. If you tick a wrong option, the question gives 0 points with both rules.

With Partial credit, the table adds a Partially correct row.

To choose the rule that shows first, open Settings and use The default scoring rule.

After a reset

The score counts only your current answers. If you reset your answers, the mark follows.
