MedLibro sends a code to the new address, to show that this address is yours. Your address changes when MedLibro accepts the code. If you have not verified your first address yet, see Correct a wrong address.
Change the address
- Open Profile in the side menu.
- Select Your email under Edit.
- Type your New email address.
- Select Ask for the code.
- Find the email from MedLibro in the new mailbox.
- Type the six digits under Confirmation code.
MedLibro checks the code after the sixth digit. You can also select Save the email address.
The window then closes. If your Profile page still shows the old address, refresh the page.
From now on, log in with the new address. Your username does not change.
If the change does not work
- The email address you entered is already in use. If you forgot your password, please reset it. Another account uses this address, so choose another address.
- The code you entered is wrong or has expired. Check the digits, and use the newest email. The code is valid for one hour.
- Too many tries for this code. Ask for a new one. Select Ask for the code again.
- A code has just been sent to you. Wait a minute before asking for another. Look for the email that MedLibro already sent.
