An activation key is a code that you buy at a point of sale. It gives you Premium for the duration that you bought. To ask where you can buy a key, select Write to us on Telegram on the Pricing page.
A key works one time. It goes to the account that activates it, so log in to the correct account first.
Activate your key
- Log in to your MedLibro account.
- Open the activation page.
- Type your key under Activation key.
- Select Activate.
The activation page has the title Go Premium. You can also open it from two other places. On the Pricing page, select Activate it under the plans. On your Subscription page, select Use an activation key.
You can type the key or paste it. MedLibro adds the dashes and the capital letters.
MedLibro then opens your dashboard, and it sends you an email. Your Subscription page shows your new end date.
If the key does not work
If you see The key must look like XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX, your key is not complete. Type all its characters.
If you see The key provided isn’t valid. Please check it and try again., compare each character with your key. A key that somebody already used shows the same message. If your key is new and it still does not work, contact us.
If you already have a plan
- If you have Premium, the key’s period starts the day after your Premium ends. You lose no days.
- If you have a year plan, Premium starts at once. If your year plan lasts longer, it continues after Premium ends.
A key gives Premium, and never a year plan.
